Your user number is not a phone number

It begins with a region abbreviation followed by private digits, with no calling code or punctuation. Only the complete number can find the account.

Keep the recovery kit separate

Save the code, QR image or an encrypted cloud copy somewhere outside the phone. A private answer alone cannot recover the account.

If your device is lost

Install Yadid on a new trusted device, choose recovery and enter your complete user number plus recovery credential. Risk controls may delay unusual attempts.
